Statements

Our clients realize the value of being able to deliver statements via the internet or via print and mail. Here, at Diamond Marketing Solutions, we support data from all widely used core processors and interface with many home-banking platforms for production of your statements. We will make design recommendations based on our experience that will result in an easy-to-read statement that is also cost-effective for you to produce. At your discretion, we will work with your existing statement format, help you choose from several statement templates we have available, or create a custom layout specifically for your credit union.

eStatements
DMS can deliver your eStatements as exact images of your members' existing statements within hours of receiving your files. Your eStatements are hosted on a secure server and can be accessed by registered members through a link from your home-banking platform. All marketing materials can be made available to view online.

Archiving
Statement archival is a must with credit unions. DMS can provide you with an electronic replica of the statements that your member receive. This is an excellent way to provide reissued statements to your members. The electronic copies also serve as backup and proof of statement content for audits and/or lawsuits.

Package Integrity
Credit unions demand that the proper document goes to the correct member 100% of the time. Without package integrity, the credit union's creditability could be damaged in the eyes of a member in a single occurrence.
