• Paper Balloting is still a familiar and popular voting method for most members. Working with your organization, we customize a ballot, a biography, and possibly a by-law change review booklet along with a return envelope. This information is mailed from our production facility to your members. When the member has made their selection, they return the voting ballot to a P.O. Box designated by the organization. We tabulate the votes as they’re received and generate a certified Election Tabulation Report at the conclusion of the voting.
• Internet Voting is increasingly being used by organizations as members become more comfortable with this technology. We monitor both the paper ballots and the on-line voting to ensure only one vote gets cast per member. As soon as a member votes, we no longer allow a vote from that same member. This is also a much more cost-effective method than ballots being returned through the USPS. Industry sources have identified that return mail charges can easily be over $1.00 per returned ballot.
